New PU cleats/flights available

We can equip our belts with 20 to 60 mm high straight PU cleats (T-PUR).
These cleats with a very thin basis can turn on 50 mm-Ø pulley. Therefore they are particularly suited for the conveying of small products.

The solution to create product compartments:
We can fit the T-PUR to the back of the wave of the Compart sidewall to create a closed section between the wave of the sidewall and the cleat.
Thanks to this solution, you can convey small products in bulk without any risk of loss or mixture. You will also be able to achieve an optimal product flow.
Especially in the food industry, the cleaning of all the compartments with cleat and sidewall is easy as the cleats are not welded to the sidewall. The sidewall also keeps its flexibility.
