Il bordo di contenimento Compart® è una soluzione universale per i nastri in TPU e PVC che siano dritti, inclinati, a collo di cigno. É un’onda in poliuretano saldata su una base (il piede) ed è studiata per essere montata facilmente in laboratorio o in loco mediante un sistema ad aria calda o ad alta frequenza. L'elevata resistenza meccanica e chimica ad oli e grassi, nonché a detergenti e disinfettanti è sinonimo di sicurezza totale.
For inclined conveying application of single products or bulk goods, Reveyron's wide range of cleats allows you to find the perfect solution for your conveying needs, adapted to the dimensions of the product as well as the conveyor. In our fabrication unit we use modern machines to weld the cleats by high-frequency.
Guides and profiles are used to guide the belt when there is a transversal strain. For swan-neck conveyors, they can also be used on the top side to keep the belt straight. Profiles can play the role of sidewalls (for conveying bulk goods).

Pillow belts are designed to absorb shocks when conveying light products such as fruits and vegetables. They can also be useful to convey products with a complex shape or industrial cylinder type that requires a perfect stabilisation when being conveyed.
Splicing makes the belt endless. It is mostly realised by thermo-fusion with heating presses. Reveyron offers different joining methods and selects the one best suited to your needs.
Fasteners are used as an alternative solution when a joining by thermo-fusion is not possible. Fasteners can be in galvanized steel, stainless steel or plastic. They are chosen according to the thickness of the belt (from 0,7 to 5 mm). Depending on the type, they are fitted manually or with a specific tool.

The flat PU profiles are made exclusively from polyurethane (TPU). With a hardness of 85 ShA, they conform to the EU/10/2011 related to plastic food dontact material. They are used as lateral straps for belt conveyors. They can also be used as an elastic belt or as parts cut to your measures.
