The High Release coating [HR] structure makes sure that the product can be easily removed from the belt surface ; there is also no vacuum effect.
The low coefficient of friction ensure that the conveyed products can be easily repositioned, deviated and or manipulated.
TPU 92 ShA : very high cut and abrasion resistance
The open [HR] (High Release) structure accelerates the cooling process of the conveyed product
Small pulley’s Ø allowed (25 mm)
High Cleanabilty of [HR] coating + self-cleaning properties : release of dirt, liquids are easily evacuated.
